Monthly Journaling, Meditation, Stress Relief Session

Take one hour for journaling, meditation, and gentle stretching. This will help you drop into your body, connect with your true desires, and feel deeply grounded.

What to expect:

We will start with a meditation and stress clearing breathwork practice, then shift into a journaling practice. Then we'll do a few gentle streches. We will end with 15 minutes of community and Q/A, focused on stress relief.

Remember: The way to feel worthy is not repeating affirmations; it’s to take actions that remind you that you matter!

​

Set up a yoga mat, close the door, light a candle, wear your comfy clothes, and grab your journal.
