What to expect in the Whole, Full, & Alive group:
Each group has a different theme, but the same structure.
We start each group with a journaling practice to help you connect deeper to yourself and process your personal blocks (~ 15 minutes).
Then I will lead a meditation or a stress relief practice (~15 minutes). These are accessible practices that you can implement on a regular basis to rewire your relationship with your body.
Then, we will have 30 minutes to "flow." This part of group will be guided by your shares, your questions, and group processing. This tends to be one of the most meaningful and inspiring parts of the group. You'll realize how NOT alone you are, and how there are tools and resources to navigate what you're feeling stuck with.
Note: The "flow" part of group is NOT recorded.
