This month's group is Sunday, October 27th at 11am EST.
This group will support you as you face the fiery stress of body dysmorphia, and find your way to peace and healing.
We’ll have some really real conversations. And I'll offer accessible practices that you can implement on a regular basis to rewire your relationship with your body.

What to expect:
We start this session with a quick breathing practice and check in with yourself.
Then we'll dive into community support and tangible practices; these are two key ingredients for feeling safe, grounded, and CONFIDENT in your body.
The practices we do will change your life. And this group will see you, FEEL you, and support you.
Come in cozy clothes, bring a cup of tea, and get ready for one hour that
will leave you feeling grounded, nourished, and inspired.
We meet once per month via zoom. I can’t wait to welcome you in.
