Hi, I'm Caitie!

I'm the founder of Full Soul Nutrition. Over the last 10 years, I've counseled hundreds of clients. And most of them didn't need more nutrition information– they needed support that actually addressed why taking care of themselves felt so hard.​ That's the gap my work lives in.

My approach blends practical nutrition and holistic healing– tools to nourish what you can, and tools to make peace with what you can't.

 

The practical nutrition side is a no-drama, science-backed way of eating that helps you feel steady. The holistic healing side is breathwork, nervous system regulation, and small rituals that help you stop fighting your body, start trusting it, and truly living in it.

Most nutritionists give you a plan. I give you the tools to actually live that plan, the self-understanding to adapt it as you need, and the deeper healing that helps you finally feel cozy in your skin and alive in your life.

This is the Full Soul Nutrition method. I help you digest stress, not just food. I help you understand burnout and boundaries, not just protein and carbs. And I help you move from just knowing better to actually feeling better.

I host a yearly retreat, and dedicated events to help you actually practice the tools you’ve been craving – journaling, breathwork, stretching, and more. These sessions help you weave self-care into your life, in real time, while drawing strength from genuine, like-minded community.
