Hi, I'm Caitie Corradino

Ever thought a meal plan would solve all of your food or body image struggles? Me too. And what I’ve learned – both personally and professionally – is that a meal plan is never enough.

If you want peace with food and your body that actually lasts, you need more than structure on a plate. You need space to understand yourself. You need a strong sense of self-worth. You need tools to move through stress. Because you’re not an algorithm running on numbers; you’re a human running on energy, emotions, and experiences.

That’s where my work comes in. I meet you at the intersection of nutrition, body image, and emotional wellbeing. I bring together evidence-based nutrition and holistic self-care practices to help you eat well and feel good in your body for the long haul!

I’m a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Body Image Specialist – who also happens to be trained in yoga, breathwork, meditation, and reiki. I’ll give you practical meal planning strategies, but also so much more than that.

Because my work isn’t about shrinking your body. It’s about strengthening your body… and expanding your life. My goal is to help you build a self-care plan so true to you that it doesn’t feel like another chore; it feels like coming home to yourself.

1-1 Counseling
Sessions

I blend nutrition counseling, body image work, and holistic practices into a framework designed just for you. This is not another “plan” you’ll resent by week three. It’s a way of caring for yourself that feels good, fits your life, and lasts.

Guided Group Sessions

I host dedicated sessions to help you actually practice the tools you’ve been craving – journaling, breathwork, stretching, and more. These sessions help you weave self-care into your life, in real time, while drawing strength from genuine, like-minded community.

Supportive Resource Vault 

I have a living library of support you can dip into anytime. Inside, you’ll find guided breathwork and meditations, nutrition cheat sheets, journal prompts, and more designed to give you self-care on demand, outside our sessions.
